At Made4Balance, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the guidelines below before submitting your return request.
1. Return Window
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return period begins on the date the final package is delivered.
To qualify for a refund, you must:

Submit your return request within the 7-day return period.

Ship the merchandise back within 7 days after submitting your return request.

Return the item in its original condition.

Follow all return instructions provided by Made4Balance.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of a Made4Balance shipping or fulfillment error or the item arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Made4Balance is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
3. Refunds
Once your returned package is received, please allow 5–7 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.
4. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Bodysuits
-
Face masks
-
Intimates & lingerie
-
Jewelry
-
Swimwear
-
Open-pack wholesale orders
Additional products may be marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on their individual product pages.
Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Made4Balance as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, we may ask you to provide:

Photos of the item

Photos showing the damage

Photos of the packaging

A photo of the shipping label
If the issue is confirmed to be the result of a shipping or fulfillment error, Made4Balance will determine the appropriate resolution under this policy.
6. Exchanges
At this time, returns are processed as refunds rather than direct exchanges unless otherwise stated on the product listing or approved by Made4Balance customer service.
If you would like a different size or item, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
7. Return Insurance
Made4Balance may offer an optional Return Insurance program at checkout.
When available, customers who purchase Return Insurance may receive an extended return period of up to 30 days, subject to the applicable Return Insurance terms.
Please note: Return Insurance is currently listed as coming soon and will only apply once the option becomes available at checkout.
8. Refund Eligibility
Made4Balance reserves the right to decline a return or apply a restocking fee when the return does not meet the requirements of this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
