Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service govern the SMS text messaging program operated by Made4Balance. By opting in to receive text messages from Made4Balance, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service.

1. SMS Program Description

Made4Balance offers a text messaging program that may include promotional and marketing messages, special offers, discounts, new product announcements, back-in-stock alerts, abandoned cart reminders, and transactional messages related to your purchases, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and delivery updates.

Messages are sent based on your consent, the type of messages you have agreed to receive, and your interactions with Made4Balance.

5. Opting Out of SMS Messages

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Made4Balance at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently provide valid consent to rejoin.

Opting out of promotional SMS messages does not necessarily cancel essential transactional communications that are permitted under applicable law and supported by an appropriate legal basis or consent, where required.

You are responsible for notifying Made4Balance of changes to your contact information when necessary to prevent messages from being sent to an unintended recipient.

10. Program Changes and Termination

Made4Balance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS program, in whole or in part, at any time, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Mobile Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, messaging practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date when appropriate.

Your continued participation in the SMS program following an update does not replace any new consent that may be legally required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Made4Balance is not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier issues, network outages, device incompatibility, or inaccurate contact information.

Nothing in these Mobile Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

12. International Customers

Made4Balance serves customers in the United States and internationally. SMS availability, carrier charges, and applicable messaging requirements may vary by country and carrier.
